What we provide

• A curated, edited film made from uploaded videos

• Professional editing and post-production to create a cohesive story

Your responsibilities

• Ensure you have consent from anyone featured in videos

• Only upload content you have the rights to

Ownership and usage

• You retain ownership of the original videos you provide

• Viddit retains the right to edit and showcase the final film for promotional purposes if you consent

• You may not use the Viddit brand or editing process commercially without permission

Limitations

• Viddit is not responsible for technical issues caused by file uploads, internet interruptions, or device errors

• Delivery times may vary based on project scope; Viddit will communicate any delays

Refunds

• Founding or commissioned films are non-refundable once editing begins

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
